We started off the week creating word clouds on Wordle.net.  The class also learned all about what to do and not to do when it comes to designing.  We finished out the week by exploring Microsoft Publisher and having each person in the class demonstrate something they figured out how to do in Publisher.  Fair use quiz is coming up this week!

This is the 1st week of Desktop Publishing Class.  We started off the week by learning about the expectations in the class.  Computers were assigned and we learned how to get signed into Google Docs.  We started taking notes based on the posters created in a previous semester on the Copyright and Fair Use Laws.  We finished out the week by watching a very funny, but informative video about fair use.  If you missed it, check it out here:   http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CJn_jC4FNDo
